Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 5 cups leafy greens
- ½ cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
Directions
- Peel and segment both the orange and grapefruit, doing so over a bowl in order to capture the fresh juice.
- Add the mustard, honey, olive oil, and salt and pepper to the juice and whisk well to emulsify into a citrusy dressing. Set aside.
- When ready to serve the rest of the meal, gently combine the citrus segments, leafy greens, and hazelnuts in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the citrus dressing along the outer rim of the bowl, along with some salt and pepper.
- Gently mix together then transfer to your serving platter. Enjoy!
