Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5 cups leafy greens
  • ½ cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped

Directions

  1. Peel and segment both the orange and grapefruit, doing so over a bowl in order to capture the fresh juice.
  2. Add the mustard, honey, olive oil, and salt and pepper to the juice and whisk well to emulsify into a citrusy dressing. Set aside.
  3. When ready to serve the rest of the meal, gently combine the citrus segments, leafy greens, and hazelnuts in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle the citrus dressing along the outer rim of the bowl, along with some salt and pepper.
  5. Gently mix together then transfer to your serving platter. Enjoy!
