Ingredients

  • 6 Dinner Rolls, sliced and brushed with oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Goat Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the sliced dinner rolls, brushed with oil or melted butter, on a baking sheet and lightly toast them until golden.
  2. Spread a layer of softened goat cheese on each slice, then add an even dollop of cranberry sauce over the goat cheese.
  3. Sprinkle each slice with toasted pecans and a pinch of finely chopped rosemary or a touch of orange zest to garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
