Ingredients
- 1.5oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.5oz Orange ‘Oleosaccharum’ (using orange peels to make a thick syrup - can bring)
- 0.75oz lime
- 1 sprig cilantro (for muddling, 1 for garnish)
Directions
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, fill with ice. Shake all ingredients and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish with cilantro.
