Ingredients
- 1/2 lime, cut into quarters
- 6 seedless green grapes (3 to muddle, 3 for garnish)
- 5–6 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz Easy Rich Syrup
- 3 oz Sparkling Wine
- Brut Cava Sparkling Wine
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle lime pieces and 3 green grapes until juices are released and fibers are broken down.
- Add pisco and syrup.
- Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the shaker, plus a bit more.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain through a Hawthorne strainer into a 12-oz Collins glass.
- In your palm, take mint leaves and clap to release oils. Add to the cocktail.
- Fill glass with ice and stir with a bar spoon. Top with sparkling wine and stir again.
- Garnish with a skewer of the remaining grapes and the mint sprig.
