Campfire Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Blended Scotch
• 0.5oz Amaro Nonino
• 1oz Smoky Mulled Cider, chilled
• 0.5oz lemon
• 0.25oz maple syrup
• 1 egg white or aquafaba

Directions

1. Shake and fine strain into a coupe.
2. Garnish with torched marshmallow on a pick, grated cinnamon.
