Ingredients
For the Caesar Cream:
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅛ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¾ tsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
To Assemble:
- 1 bag salted kettle cooked potato chips
- ½ cup good quality pitted green olives (Castelvetrano)
- ½ cup sliced cacciatore salami or prosciutto
- ½ cup whole pickled pepperoncini peppers
- ½ cup cornichons
- ¼ cup marinated anchovies
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
Directions
- To make the caesar cream, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, grated parmesan, mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Using scissors, snip the middle of the potato chip bag, and proceed to cut around the perimeter to create an oval opening that exposes the chips inside.
- Dollop/drizzle some of the caesar cream over the chips. Then garnish with the olives, salami, pepperoncini, cornichons, and anchovies. Lastly, grate the parmesan over the surface.
