Ingredients
- 1½ oz Canadian rye whisky
- 3 oz earl grey tea
- 1/2 oz pure maple syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- Lemon wheel
- Mint sprig (optional)
- Ice
Directions
- Brew a strong cup of black tea (4 teabags to 1 cup water) and chill.
- Add whisky, tea, and maple syrup to a tall glass with ice.
- Stir briefly.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
