Maple & Black Tea Whisky Highball

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Canadian rye whisky
  • 3 oz earl grey tea
  • 1/2 oz pure maple syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • Lemon wheel
  • Mint sprig (optional)
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Brew a strong cup of black tea (4 teabags to 1 cup water) and chill.
  2. Add whisky, tea, and maple syrup to a tall glass with ice.
  3. Stir briefly.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
