If unforeseen circumstances, regardless of the cause, prevent the contest from operating as planned, we reserve the right to take any necessary action. This includes voiding entries, cancelling, suspending, ending, or extending the contest, or modifying these rules, even after the contest has begun. If any part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. All entries become our property.

If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must provide consent for your entry, agree to these rules, sign any required release forms, and accept any prize on your behalf. In such cases, “you” in these rules refers to both the minor and their parent or legal guardian.

Employees of our affiliates, agents, representatives, the sponsor(s) and prize provider(s), our advertising agencies, and any other entity involved in the operation or fulfillment of this contest are also ineligible, as are their immediate family and household members.

9. How winning entries are selected - We will hold a random draw on October 15, 2026 around 7PM ET, will take place at Bell Media Inc., Toronto, Ontario, from among all eligible Entries received up to the point of the Prize Draw. The first Entry drawn in the course of each Prize Draw will be eligible to win a Prize.

10. To be declared a winner, you must be contactable and fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Answer a mathematical skill-testing question correctly, without assistance;
  2. Complete, sign, and return the release form; and
  3. upon request, provide valid proof of identification and proof of account ownership.

11. Acceptance of prize – Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. Once a prize is awarded, you assume all responsibility and risk associated with it, such as compliance with any instructions, conditions of use, and all costs not expressly included. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, with one of equal or greater value and quality if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per household. Actual prizes may differ from those shown in advertising.

12. Chances of winning – The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes.

13. Account holder – When you enter the contest through an account (for example, email, text message, or social media), the entry will be attributed to the account holder. We may require proof, to our satisfaction, that you are the account holder. You may not enter using more than one account, and entries from multiple accounts may be disqualified.

14. Submissions – All content you submit must be original and respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights or that is defamatory or obscene. We may require you to provide proof that your content is original and that you have permission from everyone depicted or named in the content. While you retain ownership of your content, you authorize us to use it, in whole or in part, for contest purposes, including communication on air or online.

15. Time – All time references are based on timestamps from our servers or related timekeeping systems. The eligibility of entries is therefore determined by when we receive them, not when you send them. Broadcast delays may occur depending on the method used to listen to the radio, such as analog radio compared to online streaming.

16. Disqualification of non-compliant entries – We may, in our discretion, disqualify any of your entries if you do not follow these rules, or for any other reason to ensure the contest is fair. Examples of reasons for disqualification include:

18. Winner’s conduct – All prize winners (and their guests, if applicable) must conduct themselves responsibly. We may disqualify a winner if their actions, past or present, are offensive, result in criminal charges or conviction, create public scandal or ridicule, cause or are likely to cause us reputational harm, or disparage our products or services. Disqualification will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternative will be provided.

19. Social media (when applicable) – This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or TikTok (collectively, the “Platforms”). You provide information to us, not to the Platforms. By entering, you fully release each Platform and its owners from all liability related to this contest. Direct any questions, comments, or complaints about this contest to us, not the Platforms. Your entry must comply with the relevant Platform’s terms and community guidelines. Specifically: (a) if entering on Instagram, do not inaccurately tag content (for example, by tagging people not in a photo); and (b) if entering on X, do not create multiple accounts or post duplicate content.
