Birdbath Martini

Birdbath Martini

Ingredients

  • 2.25 oz Quill Gin (or gin of choice)
  • 0.75 oz dry or extra dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish: Olives, Lemon coin, Pickled onion

Directions

  1. Add the gin, vermouth, and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted, about 20–30 seconds.
  3. Strain into pony glass or glass of choice.
  4. Garnish with olives, a lemon coin, and pickled onion.
Summer Martini

Summer Watermelon and Rhubarb Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Roku Cherry Blossom Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lillet Rosé
  • 1 oz fresh watermelon juice
  • 0.5 oz rhubarb syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mascarpone cheese

Directions

  1. Add the gin, Lillet Rosé, watermelon juice, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and mascarpone to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and the mascarpone is fully incorporated.
  3. Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Espresso Martini

The Dominicana (Espresso Martini)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 oz Blackstrap Rum
  • 0.75 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
  • Garnish: Gently whipped cream and fleur du sel

Directions

  1. Add the spiced rum, blackstrap rum, coffee liqueur, and freshly brewed espresso to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with 6 drops of gently whipped cream, pull through with a cocktail pick to make a nice little design, and finish with a pinch of fleur du sel.
Luxe Martini

Luxe Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Olive Oil & Butter Distillate
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • To serve: caviar, pretzels, or whatever luxe accompaniment you wish!

Directions

  1. Add vodka, dry vermouth, and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted, about 20–30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a pony glass or glass of choice.
  4. Serve with caviar, pretzels, or whatever you wish.
