RESET CREAM SMOOTHIE

Reset Cream Smoothie

a smooth caffeine lift, finished with a creamy, glazed glow

Ingredients

  • Cold brew concentrate or espresso —2 oz
  • Almond milk (unsweetened) — 8 oz
  • Banana, frozen — 1/2
  • Vanilla protein powder — 1 scoop
  • Raw cacao — 1 tsp
  • Chia seeds — 1 tsp
  • Ice — 1/2 cup (level scoop)
  • Coconut cream (garnish)
  • Salted tahini caramel glaze (runny tahini — 1/4 cup; maple syrup — 1/4 cup; vanilla — 1 tsp; flaky sea salt — 1/4 tsp, or to taste)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  3. Make the salted tahini caramel glaze: add tahini and maple syrup to a bowl; whisk until smooth and glossy; stir in vanilla and flaky sea salt
  4. Swirl coconut cream and salted tahini caramel glaze inside the cup, then pour and enjoy
  5. Also try this with the salted tahini caramel glaze: swirl inside cups (smoothies, lattes), drizzle over oats, yogurt, or toast; dip apple slices
SOFT FLUSH SPRITZ

Soft Flush Spritz

fresh, hydrating, softly bright

Ingredients

  • Strawberry purée (8 oz stemmed fresh strawberries; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tbsp raw honey) — 2 oz
  • Pure aloe vera juice (unsweetened) — 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice — 1 tsp (fresh squeeze)
  • Raw honey — 1 tsp
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Sparkling water — to top
  • Ice — 1/2 cup (level scoop)
  • Fresh raspberries — 4–5 (garnish)

Directions

  1. Make the strawberry purée: blend strawberries, lemon juice and raw honey until smooth
  2. Add strawberry purée, aloe, lime juice, honey, and salt to a glass
  3. Gently stir to combine
  4. Fill with ice
  5. Top with sparkling water
  6. Finish with floating raspberries
  7. Also try this with the strawberry purée: swirl into drinks (smoothies, matcha, lemonades); drizzle over yogurt or chia pudding; spoon over pancakes or waffles
TOPLESS TANGERINE SMOOTHIE

Topless Tangerine Smoothie

bright citrus, soft vanilla, macadamia cream

Ingredients

  • Pure tangerine or orange juice (unsweetened) — 4 oz
  • Pure coconut water (unsweetened) — 4 oz
  • Frozen mango chunks — 1/2 cup
  • Macadamia nuts (soaked overnight) — 2 tbsp
  • Raw honey — 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract — 1/4 tsp
  • Ice — 1/2 cup (level scoop)
  • Coconut cream (garnish)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth
  3. Add a coconut cream swirl to the glass, then pour and enjoy

Take A Breather Paloma

light, lifted, and quietly refreshing

Ingredients

  • Pure grapefruit juice (unsweetened) — 4 oz
  • Raw honey — 1 tsp
  • Yuzu (or lime) juice — 1 tsp
  • Collagen — 1 scoop
  • Sparkling water — to top
  • Ice — 1/2 cup (level scoop)

Directions

  1. Lightly salt the rim of the glass (optional)
  2. Add grapefruit juice, honey, yuzu (or lime), collagen, and some ice to a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake well until fully combined
  4. Fill a glass with ice
  5. Strain into the glass
  6. Top with sparkling water
  7. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or peel
