The Lush Lift
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Yerba Mate Almond Syrup
- 0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 3 oz Cathy’s Kombucha Strawberry & Rhubarb
- Strawberry and Lime Twist Garnish
Directions
In a Collins Glass, fill completely with ice and add your syrup, lime juice and top with Kombucha. Top with Garnish.
To make the Yerba Mate Almond Syrup, you need 1 cup Almond Milk (Elmhurst used here), 0.25 cup Yerba Mate Leaves, 1 tbsp Honey. Place all the ingredients in a small saucer and let that come to a simmer for 3 minutes before straining through a fine mesh strainer. Let it come to room temperature before storing in fridge. Can last up to 1 week in the fridge (but recommended only 3 days). Makes 4 servings of The Lush Lift Drink.

Cherry Charge
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana (Ripe)
- 0.5 cup Frozen Cherry
- 0.5 cup Almond Milk
- 0.5 cup Coconut Water (Used Grace’s 100% Coconut Water)
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Organic Traditions Mind Fuel Mushroom Blend
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Optional 1 tsp Honey (depending on how ripe your banana is)
Directions
In a blender, add all your ingredients. Blend until combined. Makes 2 Servings. Enjoy!
