Pecan Pie Milk Punch

If you accidentally left a piece of pecan pie in the back of your freezer - here’s what to do with it! Sip on this spirit-forward, nutty, rich drink clarified with warm spices and a subtle molasses finish drink.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Rye Whisky
  • 1 oz Goslings Dark Rum
  • 1 slice pecan pie (crust and all)
  • 4 oz black tea (strong-brewed)
  • 3 oz maple syrup
  • 3oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz 20% milk fat coconut milk (or full fat milk)
  • Garnish: toasted pecan

Directions

  1. Infuse the milk: In a pot, heat up over medium - the milk + crumbled pecan pie. Stir and let sit for 15–20 mins to warm. Strain out solids over a cheese cloth and keep milk warm.
  2. Mix the spirits, tea, syrup, lemon in a separate container.
  3. Slowly pour the infused milk into the spirit mix. Let curdle fully. Strain through coffee/ oil filter to clarify.
  4. Pour over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a toasted pecan.
Chocolate Orange Milk Punch

Chocolate Orange Milk Punch

Chocolate meets orange Cognac liqueur for a luxurious drink giving you that holiday candy that lasts forever.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
  • 2 oz Torres 5 Brandy
  • 1 cup chocolate cake scraps (icing welcome)
  • 1.5oz cold brew concentrate
  • 1.5oz cane sugar syrup
  • 6 oz chocolate milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garnish: chocolate orange

Directions

  1. Mash chocolate cake into milk until it resembles cake batter. Let sit 10 mins to infuse.
  2. Combine Grand Marnier, Brandy, cold brew, syrup, and salt.
  3. Slowly pour milk-cake mixture into the alcohol base. Let it sit until curdled and visibly separating (30-45 min).
  4. Strain multiple times through a coffee filter.
  5. Serve over ice with a chocolate orange garnish.
Gingerbread Nog Flip

Gingerbread Nog Flip

Bought too many ingredients to make gingerbread cookies? Turn it into a delicious non alcoholic, luscious drink! Oat nog, cookie spice, ideal for post-party leftovers.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NOA Amaro
  • 1oz NOA Spiced Rum
  • 2oz Oat nog
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1oz demerara syrup
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Garnish: Grated nutmeg and gingerbread or ginger snap cookie

Directions

  1. Pre-chill a coupe glass.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain it back into the shaker.
  3. Dry shake again to emulsify.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg and gingerbread cookie.
