Charcuterie Chips
Ingredients
- Thick-cut potato chips (kettle style works best)
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Ranch dressing
- Salami, Prosciutto, Jamon
- Pickled pepper slices
- Pitted olives
- Olive oil drizzle
Directions
- Cut open bag and garnish with all of the above ingredients
- Drizzle with ranch, Finish with Olive oil and Serve!

Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Pull-Apart Rolls
Ingredients
- Store-bought dinner rolls
- Garlic, minced
- Mozzarella or cheese curds
- Butter, melted
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut small pockets into rolls and stuff with cheese.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Brush generously over rolls.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- Large russet potatoes, baked
- Shredded cooked chicken
- Buffalo sauce
- Sour cream or ranch
- Green onions
Directions
- Split baked potatoes and fluff interiors.
- Toss chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Spoon chicken over potatoes.
- Top with cheese and broil until melted.
- Finish with sour cream and green onions.

Spinach Artichoke Dip Taco Casserole
Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Spinach, chopped
- Artichoke hearts, chopped
- Shredded mozzarella
- Taco shells or tortilla chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, and artichokes.
- Spread into a baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve with taco shells or chips for scooping.
