Three scotch-inspired cocktails to warm you up this winter

Scotch is often seen as a serious drink, very smoky, best served on its own after dinner. Some of the best scotches though are light, and ethereal, and make amazing tropical-inspired cocktails. Aside from the obvious reason that scotch can be very expensive to buy, many people veer away from the smoke. But much like we learn from cuisines like barbecue or jerk, smoke can and does add a depth of flavour. Let's reframe how we view scotch! Drink and hospitality expert, Christina Veira shared three tropical drinks that use scotch to elevate all the delicious flavours.
