LOVE POTION
Floral Bitters and Rim in a Watermelon Gin Cocktail
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Sheringham Gin
0.25 Cup Watermelon Cubes
3 dashes of lavender bitters
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
0.5 oz Fever Tree’s Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Regular ice
Instructions:
Start by prepping your glassware by using citrus or agave nectar, placing it on the side of the glass and sprinkle over top with the dried floral leaves.
In a shaker, muddle watermelon and add all of your ingredients except soda. Fill with a handful of ice and shake.
Strain into collins glass with ice and top with soda.
BRIGHT & SHERRY
Edible Flowers in a Floral Low-in-Alcohol Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
0.75 oz Prosyro Elderflower Syrup
0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
3 Sprigs of Mint (one for Garnish)
1 Edible Flower for Garnish
Crushed ice
Instructions:
In a Pilsner or Tiki Glass, add in about 10 mint leaves (slapped to release oils, no need to muddle). Add in the rest of your ingredients and fill your glass ¾ of the way with crushed ice. Stir until combined. Top with more crushed ice then top with mint and edible flower.
WHISKY ROSE GARDEN
Batched Whisky Floral Cocktail
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 oz John Sleeman and Sons Traditional Whisky
5 oz Steeped Chamomile Tea (Unsweetened)
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 oz Honey Syrup (1:1) *For the Honey Syrup, you’re simply combining 1 part Honey to 1 part Boiled Water and giving that a stir.
3 oz 1664 Rosé Beer
Regular ice
Instructions:
In a pitcher, add all the ingredients, a handful of ice and stir. Store in fridge until ready to serve. Use rocks glasses.
ROSE WATER SLUSHIE
Rose Water and Rosé Wine Slushie
Serves 5
Ingredients:
4 Large Ice Cubes of LYV Wine Frozen (Volume approximately 12 oz)
0.5 cup Regular Ice
0.75 cup Hibiscus Tea (Steeped, Unsweetened, preferably Chilled)
0.25 cup Orange Juice (Fresh is best)
0.5 cup Simple Syrup (1:1)
1 tsp Rose Water
Instructions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Give it a quick blitz and serve immediately in stemless wine glass or traditional wine glass (large, Bordeaux style).
If planning ahead, use plastic cups and keep in the freezer or fridge (if serving in under 20 minutes) until ready to serve.
