Your Morning is launching a new series with the team at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) to take a closer look at mental health research that’s being done right now and show how it’s saving lives.

The campaign is called ‘Mental Health Research is Saving Lives Today’ and their goal is to make more breakthroughs, dismantle more barriers and save more lives. Our first interview was with Daisy Singla and Jeff Meyer, two people who are working on ways to treat and prevent postpartum depression.

To learn more about postpartum depression and to find a list of resources, head to the CAMH website.
