Everything is better with bacon—even Brussel sprouts.
YIELDS

Ingredients
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced in processor
3 strips of maple smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Combine maple syrup, dijon mustard, buttermilk, olive oil and apple cider vinegar for dressing in a jar and shake to blend thoroughly.
Add sliced Brussels sprouts to a large bowl and pour dressing over top. Toss well until thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon just before serving.
