Deliciously tender beef ribs glazed with a soy-ginger-garlic marinade and served with a tangy sesame mayo.

Ingredients
Sesame Mayo
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons roasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon esame seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cilantro, choppe
Sweet Soy Beef Ribs
2 racks beef ribs (approx. 14 bones)
1 tablespoon garlic, grated
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/4 cup hoisin
1/2 cup+1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sake
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Sesame Mayo
In a small bowl combine mayo, sesame oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, and cilantro then mix with a spoon.
Leave refrigerated until ready to serve.
Sweet Soy Beef Ribs
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a bowl combine, garlic, ginger, hoisin, light soy sauce, sugar, sake, chilli flakes, cinnamon and mix well. Cut the ribs into their individual bones and coat the ribs in half of the sauce in a baking pan. Place the remaining sauce in a bowl and save to use at the grill. Cover the ribs in foil and place in the oven to cook for 90 minutes. Remove and set aside covered until ready to grill.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Oil the grill, then place the half cooked ribs on the grill to cook . Baste with the sauce every 10 minutes for 40 minutes until there is a nice char as well as a great glaze all over the ribs.
Remove and tent with aluminum foil for five minutes before serving. Enjoy!
