Carrot sauce

Puree carrots with seasonings like bone broth and onion to make a delicious nutrient-packed sauce for meat and veggies.

Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a saucepan bring the bone broth and water to a simmer, and add the onion, carrot, and salt. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes until the carrots are soft.
- Using a slotted spoon, add the carrots to the cup of a blender, top with cream, and blend until smooth; use the reserved cooking water to thin out if needed. Enjoy!
