Ingredients
2 cups carrots
1/4 onion, chopped
1 cup bone broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a saucepan bring the bone broth and water to a simmer, and add the onion, carrot, and salt. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes until the carrots are soft.
Using a slotted spoon, add the carrots to the cup of a blender, top with cream, and blend until smooth; use the reserved cooking water to thin out if needed. Enjoy!
