Ingredients

Spicy Italian Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Poultry Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon ground sage
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried savoury
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Chilli Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 5 teaspoons cumin
  • 4 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Pie Spice Blend

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

Spicy Italian Seasoning

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix well to combine evenly. Store in a tightly sealed jar or container in a dark cupboard or pantry. Enjoy!
