Smashed Brussels Sprouts

If you don’t like Brussels sprouts, try these cheesy garlic ones. We promise this recipe will win over even the pickiest of eaters. 



  • 1 pound of Steamed Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 
  2. Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press with a glass or small glass bowl to flatten. 
  3. Whisk together olive oil, salt, black pepper and garlic. Brush on top of sprouts. 
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
