Smashed Brussels Sprouts

If you don’t like Brussels sprouts, try these cheesy garlic ones. We promise this recipe will win over even the pickiest of eaters.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of Steamed Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press with a glass or small glass bowl to flatten.
- Whisk together olive oil, salt, black pepper and garlic. Brush on top of sprouts.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
