Butter toffee caramel scones

Wouldn’t you just love a crispy caramel crunch for every bite of your scone? Start with a protein and fiber-loaded scone batter, using almond flour, coconut flour, and Greek yogurt. Cut the dough into triangular shapes, and get the baking tray ready! Drizzle caramel sauce evenly across the pan, and sprinkle with Crisp Butter Toffee pieces. Place your scones on top of this goodness, and bake! Let it cool and enjoy. Give this healthy-ish scone a try, you will love it!



  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 3/4 cup Skor pieces (butter toffee pieces)


  1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and Skor pieces to form a dough.
  2. Roll dough into two small balls, lightly flatten, and cut into triangles.
  3. On a lined baking sheet, drizzle additional maple syrup or honey and sprinkle Skor pieces all over.
  4. Place triangle dough pieces on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
