These can be a great, affordable treat for kids for trick or treat. Make it, bag it up into small individual bags (available from dollar stores), and you have happy little monsters.

Ingredients

10 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
16oz package marshmallows
5 drops green food coloring
½ cup candy eyeballs

Directions

Pour popcorn into a large bowl. Mix brown sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often. Stir in marshmallows until melted and smooth. Stir in green food colouring until the colour is evenly distributed. Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
Serve in popcorn-themed boxes and sprinkle over candy eyeballs. Enjoy!
