A creamy dreamy dressing made with tangy tahini and bright lemon.

Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons grainy dijon mustard
Juice of 2 lemons
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions
Add tahini and water to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add dijon, lemon juice, garlic, maple syrup, paprika, salt, and pepper, and continue to whisk until combined.
Serve as a sauce for your favourite veggie sandwich, on a salad, or as a dip.
