Make restaurant-style Paneer Tikka at home with this easy recipe! Cubes of paneer, onion and bell peppers are marinated with spices and yogurt and then roasted in the oven to perfection.
Add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, Kashmiri chilli powder, black pepper, amchur, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, kasoori methi, and kosher salt to a large bowl. Mix to combine.
Add sliced paneer, green peppers, red peppers, and onions to the marinade and mix well to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours overnight to marinate.
Heat a grill (indoor/outdoor). Layer marinated paneer and vegetables onto soaked wooden skewers. Place on grill, and brush with ghee. Grill until nicely charred on all sides, approximately eight to 10 minutes.
