Kitchen Sink Cookies Three Ways!

These cookies are packed with a variety of mix-ins, making them a fun and delicious treat for everyone.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups of “add-ins”, separated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and oats and mix again until just combined.
- Split dough into three bowls. Now the fun begins!
- You can add 1 cup of Add-ins to each bowl.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart. Press down slightly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until bottoms are browned. Enjoy!
Bowls:
- Bowl One, Sweet & Salty:
- 1/2 cup pretzels, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- Top with flaky salt
Bowl Two, Bird Seed: - 1 cup of trail mix-dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and chocolate
Bowl Three, “Berried” Treasure: - I added 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the dough and stuffed each cookie with a tsp of jam
- Top with a sprinkle of rolled oats
