Almond butter banana ice cream

Vegan 'ice cream' with almond butter and frozen bananas!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Directions
- Add bananas, vanilla, and almond butter to a blender or food processor.
- Turn on high and make sure to scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
- Serve right away soft, or pop in the freezer for firmer ice cream for an hour.
- Garnish with fresh bananas or other fruit.
