Almond Nutella kick

Ingredients

  • 4 large scoops of coffee or espresso ice cream
  • 1/4 cup of Nutella
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • Espresso whipped cream (recipe to follow)
  • Chocolate covered coffee beans for garnish
  • Candied almonds for garnish

Espresso whipped cream:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons espresso, cooled

Directions

  1. Add ice cream, Nutella, almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour milkshake into the chilled milkshake glass and top with a dollop of espresso whipped cream, a scattering of chocolate covered coffee beans and some candied almonds seeds. Enjoy! 

Espresso whipped cream:

  1. In a stand mixer, or using a hand blender whip cream and sugar. Once the cream begins to take shape, slowly add the cooled espresso. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
