Ingredients

4 large scoops of coffee or espresso ice cream

1/4 cup of Nutella

1/4 cup of almond milk

Espresso whipped cream (recipe to follow)

Chocolate covered coffee beans for garnish

Candied almonds for garnish
Espresso whipped cream:

1 cup whipping cream
-
3 tablespoons sugar
-
3 tablespoons espresso, cooled
Directions
- Add ice cream, Nutella, almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour milkshake into the chilled milkshake glass and top with a dollop of espresso whipped cream, a scattering of chocolate covered coffee beans and some candied almonds seeds. Enjoy!
Espresso whipped cream:
- In a stand mixer, or using a hand blender whip cream and sugar. Once the cream begins to take shape, slowly add the cooled espresso. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
