Amaro boulevard cocktail

"When I think of Amaro, Amaro Nonino is the quintessential classic for me. It hits that sweet spot in the middle with the right amount of Herbs, Sweetness, Body and Citrus. Amaro Nonino can easily play the star role in a cocktail, and here I’ve created an Amaro spin on a Boulevardier (American cousin to the Negroni)."

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Redemption rye whiskey
- 1 oz Amaro Nonino
- 0.5 oz Cinzano red vermouth
- 1 orange peel for garnish
Directions
- Fill a mixing glass with Ice and add all your ingredients (except garnish). Give this a good stir (approximately 40 seconds) and strain into a glass with one large ice cube.
- Additional Notes: Amaro Nonino is typically sipped on its own. Want to know how the Nonino’s sip it? Elisabetta Nonino prefers her amaro in a small glass with two small ice cubes and an orange slice.
