Antipasti eyeballs

Ingredients

  • 12 bocconcini
  • 12 olives stuffed with pimento peppers
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 12 round flat crackers

Directions

  1. Cut a hole in the bocconcini and stuff with the olive.
  2. Wrap the bocconcini with the prosciutto and place on the cracker.
