Aperol spritz lemonade

Ingredients

  • 60 millilitres (2 ounces) Aperol
  • 60 millilitres (2 ounces) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 90 - 120 millilitres (3-4 ounces) prosecco
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Top with Aperol and lemon juice. Mix well and top with Prosecco.
  2. Garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
