60 millilitres (2 ounces) Aperol

60 millilitres (2 ounces) freshly squeezed lemon juice

90 - 120 millilitres (3-4 ounces) prosecco

Lemon zest for garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Top with Aperol and lemon juice. Mix well and top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
