Place shredded cabbage, shredded apple, sugar, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and mix.
1. Marinate 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs of buttermilk and Siracha for 24 hrs.
2. Dip chicken in flour dredge of salt, garlic and pepper.
3. Deep fry in 350 degree oil until crispy, and eternal temperature is 160 degrees. Place on a piece of paper towel to drain excess oil.
4. Toss chicken in butter and honey
5. Apple cinnamon slaw
6. Place chicken on top of a sliced apple fritter donut.
7. Top with apple cinnamon slaw
