Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

You can grab frozen cinnamon rolls and form them into this decadent bread pudding for brunch, lunch or dessert. Bake until crispy on the top and glazed with love. 



  • Frozen cinnamon rolls
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup (for drizzling)


  1. Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Cut the frozen cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Place the cinnamon roll pieces in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are well-soaked.
  6. Bake according to the cinnamon roll package instructions until the pudding is set and golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
  8. You can also serve it with a side of Cream Cheese Icing for Dipping or schmearing. Enjoy!
