Bahama pineapple coconut daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) ice
- 1 cup (250 mL) cream of coconut
- 1 cup (250 mL) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz (60 mL) Caribbean spiced or dark rum
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) simple syrup
- Pineapple wedges for garnishing
- Lime slices for garnishing
- Edible flowers for garnishing
Directions
- Add ice, cream of coconut, pineapple and lime juice, rum to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Add simple syrup to taste, pulse.
- Pour into two cocktail glasses, garnish and serve.
