Banana chocolate hazelnut pizza with marshmallows and caramel

1 340 grams pizza dough
1/2 cup hazelnut chocolate spread
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons spice rum
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts
Additional toppings: chocolate sauce, cookie crumbs, sprinkles…whatever you like!
Place a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet in oven. Preheat oven to 500° (keep pizza stone or baking sheet in oven as it preheats).
In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, add the butter and brown sugar. Cook for about two minutes until sugar melts. Add the vanilla and bananas and mix together. Stir in the rum and remove from heat.
Roll dough into a 30 centimeters circle on a floured surface. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly on dough. Then top evenly with the bananas and marshmallows. Transfer onto the pizza stone and bake for six to eight minutes until marshmallow are golden. Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel sauce and hazelnuts. Cut and serve.
