Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tablespoon white truffle oil (totally optional)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6-ounce block Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or other hard cheese
Directions
In a small bowl, combine honey, truffle oil, and pepper. Reserve until ready to serve.
Just before serving, use a paring knife to chisel Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese into irregular half-inch nuggets. Drizzle truffle honey over each nugget.
