Bee stings

A delightful and easy appetizer that combines cheese, honey and truffle oil, these bee stings are a one-of-a-kind bite of flavour your family will love. 



  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon white truffle oil (totally optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6-ounce block Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or other hard cheese


  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, truffle oil, and pepper. Reserve until ready to serve. 
  2. Just before serving, use a paring knife to chisel Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese into irregular half-inch nuggets. Drizzle truffle honey over each nugget.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
