Ingredients
For the tacos:

455 grams ground beef

1 package taco seasoning

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

4 sesame hamburger buns

8 hard tacos
-
8 slices American cheese

Shredded lettuce

1 small onion fine diced

1/2 cup thin sliced pickles
For the sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons ketchup
-
1 tablespoon mustard
-
1 tablespoon pickle relish
Directions
- In a medium pan on medium high heat, add the oil. When it’s hot Add the ground beef a cook, breaking up the meat until brown and starting to crisp . Drain the fat.
- Return meat to skillet and add taco seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Separate hamburger buns and using a rolling pin, roll out hamburger buns to six millimeters thick. Place a slice of cheese on top of each bun and fold like a taco. Place buns in a toaster and toast until cheese is melty .
- Make sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and relish,
To build tacos:
- In the hard taco squeeze a little sauce.
- Add the seasoned taco meat then layer in the cheese sesame bun , then the lettuce, pickles, onions and drizzle with more sauce.
