  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) smooth peanut butter
  • 3 cups (710 milliliters) chow mein noodles
  • 30 mini candy eggs

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add the butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, and peanut butter to a pot on the stove. Melt over low heat, stirring. Remove from heat. Add the chow mein noodles and stir to combine.
  3. Use a serving spoon to scoop some of the mixture out and arrange into a nest shape on the baking tray. Repeat until all the mixture has been used up. Press three candy eggs into the centre of each nest. Allow to set for 30 minutes.
