The bombardino cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces brandy
  • 3 oz egg liqueur or eggnog
  • Whipped cream, to garnish
  • Cinnamon, to garnish

Directions

  1. Warm the eggnog in a pan – do not boil. 
  2. Pour the brandy into a glass or mug. When the egg liqueur is hot (but not yet at boiling point) slowly pour it over your brandy. Stir to mix together. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
