Packed with yummy ingredients like granola, berries and maple syrup, this kid-friendly breakfast is perfect for the hottest summer morning. Just freeze them overnight, grab one and go!
Ingredients
1-1/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1-1/2 cups chopped fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons granola, large chunks
Directions
Prepare popsicle molds.
Stir yogurt, berries and two tablespoons of maple syrup and vanilla together in a medium bowl.
Pour into popsicle molds leaving room for the granola sprinkle.
In a bowl, stir granola and remaining two teaspoons of maple syrup together.
Top each popsicle with the granola mixture.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
Run mold under lukewarm water for 15 seconds and release popsicle.
