Breakfast popsicles

Packed with yummy ingredients like granola, berries and maple syrup, this kid-friendly breakfast is perfect for the hottest summer morning. Just freeze them overnight, grab one and go!
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
- 4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons granola, large chunks
Directions
- Prepare popsicle molds.
- Stir yogurt, berries and two tablespoons of maple syrup and vanilla together in a medium bowl.
- Pour into popsicle molds leaving room for the granola sprinkle.
- In a bowl, stir granola and remaining two teaspoons of maple syrup together.
- Top each popsicle with the granola mixture.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
- Run mold under lukewarm water for 15 seconds and release popsicle.
