Don't forgo your favourite breakfast food when you're out in the wilderness.
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup tinned evaporated milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
In a large mason jar add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cover with lid, and shake to mix.
In another mason jar, add egg, evaporated milk and butter, and shake until well mixed.
Pour wet ingredients into mason jar with dry ingredients and shake for two to three minutes until there are no dry patches. It's okay if there are a few lumps. Allow to rest for five minutes.
Place Cookina Barbecue Reusable Cooking Sheet on a hot grill. Pour batter onto sheet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface (approximately one to two minutes), then flip and cook for an additional one to two minutes on the other side.
Serve warm with jam, chocolate hazelnut spread, maple syrup, and your favourite fruit. Enjoy!
