Burrata Cheese with Roasted Grapes

Ingredients
A few pinches good flaked or coarse sea salt
50 milliliters extra virgin good olive oil
Fresh cracked pepper (to season)
1 ball burrata- best quality you can find
3-4 very small bunches of mixed red and green seedless grapes
A few splashes good aged balsamic vinegar
Micro greens to garnish
Directions
Heat medium sized sauce pan to med-high heat
Put grapes in, if you hear the sizzle, you are looking good
Coat grapes in olive oil, salt and pepper and cook for about four minutes or until grapes start to brown and blister.
While grapes are resting,cut buratta in half and place on platter
Drizzle with olive and aged balsamic and salt to season the cheese.
Place warmed grapes on side of the burrata and garnish with micro greens to add color.
