Burrata Cheese with Roasted Grapes
Ingredients
- A few pinches good flaked or coarse sea salt
- 50 milliliters extra virgin good olive oil
- Fresh cracked pepper (to season)
- 1 ball burrata- best quality you can find
- 3-4 very small bunches of mixed red and green seedless grapes
- A few splashes good aged balsamic vinegar
- Micro greens to garnish
Directions
- Heat medium sized sauce pan to med-high heat
- Put grapes in, if you hear the sizzle, you are looking good
- Coat grapes in olive oil, salt and pepper and cook for about four minutes or until grapes start to brown and blister.
- While grapes are resting,cut buratta in half and place on platter
- Drizzle with olive and aged balsamic and salt to season the cheese.
- Place warmed grapes on side of the burrata and garnish with micro greens to add color.
