Cajun shrimp "boil"

Camping doesn't have to be all granola bars and hot dogs!



  • 455 grams shrimp
  • 1 lemon, sliced in half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Add shrimp, salt, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne and olive oil to a Cookina Paks Barbecue Reusable Grilling Bag. Squeeze the lemon into the bag, and add the remaining rinds as well.
  2. Place on a hot grill, and cook for seven to eight minutes, until the shrimp has just cooked through. Remove from grill, open grill pak and add butter. Allow to melt over shrimp, before transferring to a serving platter. Enjoy!
