Candied bacon corn


  • 2 cobs corn
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 6 pretzels
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped


  1. Bake bacon in oven at 425F until super crispy for about ten minutes. After eight minutes, brush the bacon with honey and let cook for another two minutes. Remove from oven, let cool then finely chop.
  2. Blanch corn for six to eight minutes.
  3. Melt butter and mix in honey. Brush Corn with honey butter and dip or roll in the crumbled bacon. Finish off with some pretzels crumble and some flashy yellow mustard and chives.
  4. You’ve basically created the carnival corn in your backyard.
