Cauliflower shawarma

  • Pita
  • Garlic cucumber yogurt
  • Tabuli
  • Hot sauce
  • Hummus
  • Slaw
  • 1 head cauliflower



  1. Mix and brush with one teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, allspice, nutmeg, oregano, chilli powder oregano. Add four tablespoons olive oil. Brush and bake at 425 for 45 minutes.

Tabuli salsa:

  1. Tomato chopped, red onion finely diced, and parsley finely chopped mixed with lime juice and olive oil and salt. 


  1. Mix finely chopped cucumbers with no seeds and finely grated garlic and a squeeze of lemon.
