Chile cumin drizzle oil

A simple and spicy addition to your rotisserie chicken that cranks things up a notch.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed chile flakes
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- To make the chile-cumin drizzle, in a small skillet, melt the ghee over medium heat. Add the cumin and chile flakes and fry the spices, stirring often, until the cumin is fragrant and toasted, about one minute.
- Add the shallot and salt and cook, stirring often, until it is softened and caramelizing, about five minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside to steep.
