1/2 cup mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoons chipotle paste (see tip)
- Tip: To make Chipotle paste: puree one to two cans of chipotles in adobo sauce in food processor or blender. Transfer to a large freezer bag, flatten and freeze. Break pieces off as needed. Paste will thaw quickly. Use to add a smoky spiciness to soups, stews, sauces, marinades and salsas.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotle paste. Mix well. Store in fridge for up to two weeks. Use on sandwiches, burgers, tacos, burritos or as a dipping sauce for almost anything!
