Classic negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • Fresh orange garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a yarai with ice and pour one ounce of gin, one ounce of sweet vermouth, and one ounce of campari.
  2. Stir for 20 seconds and strain cocktail over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with orange zest.
