Classic tuna sandwich made even better

A simple sandwich jazzed up with some apple and avocado.

- 1 can flaked tuna
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- ¼ cup (about 1/8) of a small red onion, minced
- ¼ cup (about 1/4) small apple, diced
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
