A simple sandwich jazzed up with some apple and avocado.

Ingredients
4 slices brown bread
1 can flaked tuna
1/2 avocado
2 stalks celery, diced
¼ cup (about 1/8) of a small red onion, minced
¼ cup (about 1/4) small apple, diced
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a bowl mix together the tuna, mashed avocado, celery, onion, apple, Dijon and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Pile onto bread into a sandwich.
