Cocktail: Captain's grog
Ahoy, matey! Throw together rum, simple syrup and lime juice for this tropical treat.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces of white rum
- 1/2 ounce of simple syrup – make with lime juice – boil the white sugar, water with the peel of 2 limes
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- A few drops of green food colouring
Directions
- Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker and stir.
- Pour into glasses with stems if possible. Drinks should be green in colour.
